What to Bring?
- A good set of boots, preferably hiking boots with good ankle support
- Preferably long trousers like jeans (not your best pair)
- Something to eat and lots to drink (No alcohol during trainingl)
- Extra strong sun block and a hat
- Insect repellent
- Deck chairs and an umbrella
- Warm clothes for early mornings and evenings
- Sense of humour
